…measurements. All the other quotes I got from other company's didn't even come look at the roof, they just did a satellite picture of my roof and gave me a rough estimate. They sent me there bid a couple hours later. And it explained everything they were going to do. The office manager Taylor I was in contact with was very professional and responsive when I needed more info and also when there was a mix up with my deposit (100% my fault). They were very understanding and helpful. The day we were scheduled, they were on time and went right to work. We had to be a little flexible due to the weather. They did a amazing job on my roof and cleaned up all the leftover materials, not a single nail ANYWHERE. They let me know me know when they were done and sent me pictures of the roof through the whole process. I strongly recommend Stanley Roof And Solar.

…roof myself with my husband, me and some help. I am glad we didn't. There was four layers on this thing. They ended up with two trailer loads FULL of shingles. I don't know how the roof was still standing! The guys put all new plywoods on it too. It was so neglected, there was no saving it, and you're only supposed to have maximum two layers! My project manager was Mario and he was very informative throughout the process. Coming from a construction background I understand how difficult it is to manage expectations of the customer, keeping us informed throughout the process, making sure the right material is used, etc. He did OUTSTANDING. The guys did even better. They had this entire 4 layers removed, in the trailers, new plywood installed, shingled, all in two days. I was a little nervous doing it in the winter, but the team were professionals and I got a great price. Roofing materials are super expensive these days so I'm glad we got it done now before the spring when everything goes up even more. They worked with tarps and made sure the paper (they used synthetic instead of the old school tar paper stuff,) covering was down keeping the inside dry. The house was destroyed by squatters anyway, but they took such good care of everything, they even helped git rid of some of the junk left over by the tenants. True professionals! I interviewed 3 or 4 different roofing companies and found some of them weren't even licensed or insurance had lapsed. My husband and I are happy with our choice. We even got these cool pictures throughout the process showing that everything was done correctly. Can't say enough nice things about Mario and the team. A+ guys. Oh, we did gutters too and those turned out great. Been testing them the last week or so and they performed perfectly, even in the ice storm. It's tough to find good trades people these days. Reading between the lines and making sure you get a good product. I've seen lots of hack jobs in construction... this is not it. Can't recommend the guys enough.

…was due to vents that breakdown far earlier than the shingles by the original builders of our house. Stanley Roof and Solar does quality work and with quality materials, excellent communication, got the job done quickly ahead of schedule... costs were as expected from quote even with a new discovery to repair a vent stem as work went underway. I am in contract with Stanley Roof and Solar for Solar Panels for the roof. I anticipate writing another rave review in the near future! (written in January)

Happy Earth Day, 4-22-26; today is quite rainy/overcast and we are putting solar energy credits in our account... We are thrilled at the quality of the work, materials and research that Stanley Roof and Solar put into our project- we had both roof and solar done. The bi-facial solar panels and lighter tone shingles combined are exceeding our solar performance expectations. Joe was quick to respond to our questions and explain the process as we went along. The crew was very considerate of our needs. The team was highly skilled and efficient. Surprisingly, even the sound from the work was quicker and quieter than other reroofing experiences. …performing perfectly. No leaks and it looks GREAT! From beginning to end Stanley Roofing did an exemplary job. They quoted clearly and explained our options. They were not the cheapest quote we were given but everything they did was worth the tiny bit extra. The crew who did the roof itself were brilliant and took the old roof off in about 4 hours and then the material was delivered on a truck with a conveyor belt straight onto the roof. The roof itself went on in about 7 hours. There was little mess as they did the job and when they left every piece of trash was picked up. This is a company you can trust and one that will work hard to ensure that you get what you pay for.

They prioritized our project and scheduled us quickly upon discovering active leaks, ensuring timely replacement. When an issue arose with our rotting patio overhang that required structural framing repairs, they provided a discounted repair option, which we greatly appreciated and didn't require bringing out another contractor. The quality of their workmanship is evident, the roof looks excellent and was completed correctly. Additionally, they took the initiative to resolve issues left behind by the builder that did not properly install the shingles on a flatter portion of the roof, rotting out most of the plywood on our attached patio roof and causing a lot of mold on our insulation.

Fairly priced, their work has been complemented numerous times by the neighbors, and the cleanup was perfect too. While they were not the least expensive roofing contractor we interviewed, they offered the best combination of materials that came highly reviewed, as well as a lifetime warranty. …time to start looking for a roofer. A couple roofers said they could start the next day which was a little weird, we wanted a specific shingle color to match an addition we put on a decade ago. I felt much more comfortable with Stanley roof doing the work even though It took four weeks go get it done. We have a fairly large roof even though its not steep. Daniel was great and worked with us to keep the existing shingles on the addition we added and make sure we matched them as close as possible. The best part, I left for work in the morning and when I got home that evening, they were just cleaning up the yard. I didn't have to hear hammering all day! Highly recommend Daniel and crew. I hope I never have to do a roof again, but if I do we know who we will be calling.

Joe was available to me whenever I had any questions and put my mind at ease that my roof would be done correctly. I have over 80 linear feet with a lot of valleys and different pitches (12/12 and 6/12), so a very difficult roof to do.
The pipe boots they upgraded to LIFERIME warranty ones, not the galvanized cheap ones that are most commonly used. The shingle is Malarkey Vista AR with a lifetime warranty. The labor warranty is for 12 years and includes a 12 year leak free guarantee. (the other bids were for only 10 years) They used a dump trailer to get rid of the old shingles, this is superior to dumpsters that some companies use , as it does not damage your driveway. They tarped off my property including my flower beds and deck, and cleaned up every night . They left my property and roof looking way better than before.
I would totally recommend this company and will use them in the future for any other project I may have.

Once we signed our contract and I put money down, he started right away with shingle delivery. He was up front with the timeline for completion and was able to stick to the timeline with ease. He texted me pictures along the way to show me what kind of wear I had underneath my old roof. Joe's crew had to do some minor structural repairs on an eve and gave me a great rate for the work and materials. The final price was only a few hundred more than the estimate since he had already included 2 sheets of plywood in the original estimate.
